Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the website of Green Country Ultrasound LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of our website located at www.greencountryultrasound.com (the “Site”), and the services we provide, including scheduling, consultation, and provision of diagnostic and elective ultrasound services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. USE OF THE SITE
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
While we provide diagnostic and elective ultrasound services, the content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Elective ultrasounds, including 3D/4D imaging, are not a substitute for diagnostic studies ordered by your physician or OB/GYN. We do not guarantee the gender or quality of elective images.

3. ELGIBILITY​
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. If you are booking an appointment on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so (guardian, POA (Power of Attorney), etc.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be scheduled through our online platform or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal and health information

Arrive on time or provide notice of cancellation at least 2 hours in advance

Pay fees at the time of service
Missed appointments (no call/no show) may incur a fee.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
​​We do not accept health insurance; all of our imaging services are self-pay unless you are a ZeroCard holder. All fees must be paid at the time of service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Green Country Ultrasound or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. PRIVACY AND HIPAA COMPLIANCE
We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
